- Cancellation / Refund Policy
- NO SHOW from SOME or ALL guests after the driver has arrived, guests/hotel will be charged the FULL COST of the booking.
- Cancellations made within (6 days or up to 24 hours) of any booking date, guests/hotel will be charged the FULL COST of the booking.
- Cancellations made once drivers have been assigned to the transfer, guest/hotel will be charged the FULL COST of the booking. (Names of drivers sent to the hotel is considered an automatic confirmation of all direct or room charged bookings on the departure and arrival list).
- Cancellations made (7 or more days prior) to a booking date being confirmed, guests/hotel will be charged HALF PRICE.
- All Bookings and Cancellations must be confirmed and acknowledged by our Team via the proper channels of communication i.e (telephone call & email) before a booking has been considered booked or a cancellation has been considered cancelled.
- Last-minute Booking Requests
For last-minute bookings, the duration for a taxi request will take approximately 30 to 45 minutes for the taxi driver to arrive at the said location.
- If a cancellation takes place while the taxi is on the way, or when the taxi driver has arrived, the guest will be charged FULL PRICE.
- Regular Waiting Fee for All Transfers:
- USD 10.00 Every 15 minutes (1 to 4 persons)
- USD 25.00 Every 15 minutes (5 to 14 persons)
- USD 30.00 Every 15 minutes (Groups of 15 or more)
*For ARRIVAL Transfers, these waiting fees will be applied after the 45 min Grace Period*
- Delayed Departure Charges
Changing departure pick up time at the last minute or within (24 hours) of previously confirmed booking time, will incur an additional delayed charge every 15 to 30 minutes that the driver has to wait, change his or her course, or make last minute arrangements to suit the guest. The following standard fees will be applied and must be paid directly to the driver:
- USD 10.00 (1 to 4 persons) if the first delayed time is ONLY 15 minutes.
USD 15.00 (1 to 4 persons) every 30 minutes.
USD 30.00 (1 to 4 persons) every 60 minutes
- USD 20.00 (5 to 14 persons) if the first delayed time is ONLY 15 minutes.
USD 25.00 (5 to 14 persons) every 30 minutes.
USD 50.00 (5 to 14 persons) every 60 minutes
- USD 30.00 (Groups of 15 or more) if the first delayed time is ONLY 15 minutes.
USD 40.00 (Groups of 15 or more) every 30 minutes.
USD 80.00 (Groups of 15 or more) every 60 minutes
- Storing or Holding of Luggage in vehicle:
- Arriving or Departure guest who would like to make a stop for 30 minutes or more before reaching their destination and who would like us to hold on to their luggage, the following fees will be applied:
- USD 20.00 (1 to 4 luggage’s) every hour
- USD 50.00 (5 to 10 luggage’s) every hour
- USD 70.00 (11 or more luggage’s) every hour
- Late Hour Charge
- An additional charge for requesting a taxi between 11:00 PM & 6:00 AM, a USD 20.00 automatic late hour charge will be applied in addition to the regular waiting charges in Section D Above.
- Credit or Debit Card Charges
- The minimum charge is USD 5.00 which goes to bank charges & other service-related charges, and 6% for transfers over USD 100.00.
- Baby Car Seat/ Booster Seats & Wheelchair Services
- If there is a request for a baby seat, booster seat, mobile (Vehicle) access for wheelchair services, or crutches, please note that there will be an additional cost for the respective items. Any information pertaining to these requests feel free to contact us within a reasonable timeframe.
- Detour Requests
- If a taxi has been booked from point A to point B, and a guest requests an additional stop, this will incur an additional cost based on the location of the detour, and the number of guests.
- Additional Conditions
- Guests are FULLY RESPONSIBLE for their own items in vehicles while travelling to their respective destinations.
- NO Drinking, Eating, or Smoking or Use of Illegal Substances is allowed in transportations.
- MAJOR SPILLING of liquid on seats and floors will incur a cleaning fee of USD 20.00.
- SEAT BELTS must be fastened before vehicle takes off.
- DAMAGES to company vehicles, that were caused by the guest inside or outside will be the guest full responsibility to fix said damages.
- The driver has the right to carry the standard amount of guest required in the said vehicle. Therefore, NO additional guest should surpass the seating capacity.
