- NO SHOW from SOME or ALL guests after the driver has arrived, guests/hotel will be charged the FULL COST of the booking.
- Cancellations made within (6 days or up to 24 hours) of any booking date, guests/hotel will be charged the FULL COST of the booking.
- Cancellations made once drivers have been assigned to the transfer, guest/hotel will be charged the FULL COST of the booking. (Names of drivers sent to the hotel is considered an automatic confirmation of all direct or room charged bookings on the departure and arrival list).
- Cancellations made (7 or more days prior) to a booking date being confirmed, guests/hotel will be charged HALF PRICE.
- All Bookings and Cancellations must be confirmed and acknowledged by our Team via the proper channels of communication i.e (telephone call & email) before a booking has been considered booked or a cancellation has been considered cancelled.
